Even Narrator Susan Bennett's usual amazing talents cannot put the "festive" in this holiday snooze fest. Beautiful but conflicted ski instructor Emily Ammerman and her BFF both fall for handsome and famous movie star Zach Ryder. Will love prevail? Bennett's portrayal of Emily as the mostly unlikable, shallow daughter of the ski lodge owners is spot-on. Her voice for the macho movie star Zach is more appropriate for a male sidekick than a Hollywood honcho and falls short of convincing. Her portrayal of Emily's dad with his gruff kindness is by far the most appealing. The story is packed with endless filler that goes nowhere and adds nothing to the characters.
