Eugene Glick is Indianapolis' greatest modern philanthropist. Along with his wife Marilyn, he has endowed at least thirty major cultural and educational institutions in Indiana from the Indiana Historical Society to Junior Achievement. This is his own story of his rise from a Depression era neighborhood to a commanding position in American real estate development—and his entry into giving what he had made away.
