Houses are built with many different materials, and in many shapes and sizes. Here the building of a wood frame house, from its concept to the planting of a final bush, is described. An architect draws plans, a foundation is laid, the concrete floor of the basement is poured. Carpenters, plumbers, masons, electricians, painters, landscapers, and others all do their work in a certain order, until finally the house is ready to become a home.
